Age
Please note that the minimum age for registration is 20. The maximum age is 35. The organisers reserve the right to deny a refund at any time to an applicant who has been found to intentionally misrepresent facts provided on the registration form and/or during any exchange of correspondence with the organizers.
Children
No facilities or programme will be offered for children at Changing Times 2009 and therefore parents are kindly requested not to bring children. Participants with small babies - up to one year of age - may bring them but will be fully responsible for their child at all times.
Programme changes
Every effort will be made to run the programme as advertised, but the organising team reserves the right to make alterations to the programme if circumstances demand.
Animals
With the exception of guide dogs for participants who are visually impaired, animals will not be permitted at the conference venue.
