The hotel is situated very close to the Verona Villafranca airport.
Friends coming by plane should wait outside the airport arrivals. A shuttle bus carrying a sign that says Changing Times will pick you up and take you to the hotel.
Friends arriving by train from Rome, Milan or Venice should wait for the shuttle bus in the taxi area of the railway station.
The shuttle will cost Euro 5,00 per person to be paid on arrival at registration.
If you are coming by road, leave the motorway at the Verona Nord exit; continue on the right towards Aeroporto, Villafranca; continue on the ring road, always following the indications for Villafranca, Mantova (do not take any exit); at the roundabout, continue towards Villafranca; after about 2.5 km, you will see Hotel Antares on the left.
Arrival Day (26 December)
Changing Times 2009 commences with dinner on 26 December. Please arrive by latest mid afternoon on the 26 December to allow enough time for registration and settling into your rooms before the start of the official program.
- Registration will begin around 1000hrs and will continue throughout the day
- Dinner will be at 1930hrs
- Welcome programme will begin at 2100hrs
Departure Day (31 December)
The conference ends with lunch on 31 December.
- We expect everyone to have left the hotel by 1400hrs
- Special rates are available to anyone who wishes to stay one or two nights more at the hotel after the conference ends.
